Leasing Success from day 1 at The Landon

The Dermot Company utilized Peek 3D Leasing at The Landon after acquiring and renovating the property to accelerate its lease-up with unit-level 3D tours. Peek's Content Services team scanned 150+ units as the units were delivered. Unit level virtual tours integrated onto the property website and StreetEasy (a local New York City ILS) helped increase the volume of leads and attract high quality prospects. The Landon's leasing team also utilized Peek as a critical component of its prospect follow-up process, including unit-level 3D tours with follow-up communications to help expedite the leasing process.

In 2024, Peek and Dermot partnered to do a follow-up review of leasing data at the Landon and concluded that Peek continued to significantly supports both the pre-leasing and leasing sight unseen transactions. Over the course of a 12 month period, across 117 leases, 74 units were pre-leased, and 36 units were rented sight unseen. Units with Peek 3D tours were 4.7x more likely to be pre-leased, and accounted for 94% of units that were rented sight unseen.
